I found this ip Mountain Cablevision:24.213.95.5:2790 to cause some problems. I could not connect to a swedish tracker because of this ip being blocked. I dont know if allowing this ip is a safe option or not. Any help would be gr8

I am a total noob with creating and editing these types of lists, however I have managed to solve the problem. The culprit was Colocall Ltd IP Range 62.149.0.0 to 62.149.31.255 in this very list. By allowing that IP range permanently the Demonoid tracker works perfectly. Upun further investigation I discovered Colocall is a Internet Data Centre hosted in Ukraine.
