For me at least, it's currently this list's turn to produce the familiar: Error contacting URL: 404
The other Bogon lists (Bluetack & TGB) are downloading just fine.
But while on the subject...
Are these contact errors relatively normal occurrences due to network or website operations and best to just wait a few days to see if they go away?
-or-
Does notifying you/someone trigger some type of reset that corrects the issue?
Bottom line: Don't want to waste your time reporting normal hick-ups.
