Today I found out that Skype is using different IP's (those of Microsoft) for logging in (or, all the IP's of Skype are now directly assigned to Microsoft).
If you want to login to Skype, you don't want to use this list to whitelist them. Instead, just allow the blocked ip's in question, because whitelisting this whole list is overkill.
