This is is the Bogon list as distributed by Bluetack.
If you have a problem with the contents of some list then contact the author of that list.

If you want a list made available on I-Blocklist then this is not how to do that.

I had the same. Using a wireless router (my computer (Laptop) connected wirelessly) and using Bogan list. I would leave it running during the night, In the morning I would find that wireless connectivity was un-contactable. After turning off Bogan list this never happened again.

Most routers have a particular address embedded in their firmware so that you can communicate with it. Obviously your router's "connect to me!" ip address, or a similar router function therein was in the list of UNALLOCATED addresses.

They are IPs that are not routable on the internet.

For E.G.
Range - IANA Reserved for provate use FNLC
Source - 192.168.1.136:nnnnnnnn (My IP followed by No's)
Destination - 193.168.1.1

Note: I only seem to have had this issue since downloading PB 1.0 (r277 beta)

PB is blocking them because you told PB to block them when there is an incoming or outgoing connection from them.

They may not be routable on the internet but may be routable on your local network.
The connections may be to your router or another computer on the network.

No VPN is included in this list, only bogon IPs.

It is asking to allow 192.* not 93.* because it is the 192.* that is being blocked.

192.* is being blocked because that is the IP in this list.
