Tried connecting on 9/14/08 and errored with couldn't connect to network. Did a search through peerguardian history and found 2 ranges (already added)

I did screw up when adding the first. I put 130 on the 'End IP' rather than 140. So that does need to be fixed..

Be sure to select type as allow when you configure the list.

Check your configuration! Server logs don't show a single download of this list from your IP.

Some of these ips are needed by games (Often blocked when attempting to receive server master list)

The Gamania IPs are showing up as soon as I start steam so I've added them to the list.

The Limelight Networks Asia Pacific IPs are showing up more often as soon as I start steam.

Submitted a few more after starting Steam today. Voted up some already on the list. It's worth noting that Steam did eventually start with these ranges blocked, albeit very slowly.
