Lists for additional countries could be arranged if you/others are looking for a specific one.

Your not looking to block IP's Ok your looking to block what ever group of people or Organization those IP's belong to or allow so decide what you would like to have access to and what you are trying to avoid and then take the appropriate actions

Because you are blocking all the IPs in a list of Swedish IPs and those sites use Swedish IPs.

Where does it say it is not recommended? Why would it not be recommended? Why is this Sweden blocklist here then? I live in Sweden, so should I be adding other countries lists?

You can add any list that you want but I dont recommend trying to block your own ISP or your own country.

If you want security while doing what you describe then i would recommend Bluetack level1 and/or TBG Primary Threats.

If you want to be protected from other potential threats then you may want to consider other lists.

I did recently implement a popularity rating system that may help you decide what lists to use based on what is popular with other users.

It is impossible to recommend lists to other people because nobody else knows what you want to block/allow.
