You will have to add them individual. When you say "block everything" what exactly do you mean?

its not as simple as click and go, you need to understand the difference between good seeds/lists and bad lists. Iblocklist has lists that aid with good sources which you obviously allow and bad sources that you should deny immediately.

if you have logged in on this site, go to the lists and you will see a web url on the right of the list, copy and paste that into the new list you want to create in peerblock and say "block or allow" depending on the list, you will notice the lists you need to pay for have your username "wigglebot" and pin at the end of the url.
